As we can’t run BrumVenture 2020 as the normal weekend camping at Pikes Pool, we will be running Virtually BrumVenture 2020 in its place so that everyone can still take part, gain an activity badge and gain the next BrumVenture participation badge. The event will take place over the weekend of 2nd-4th October 2020
The event will run virtually using Zoom meetings with badge bases meeting and helping you gain your chosen badge over the course of the weekend with interactive sessions, videos, quizzes and more. We will also be meeting as a whole ‘virtual camp’ each day with an opening and closing ceremony as well as evening entertainment. Those that ‘camp’ at home will also gain additional nights away.

You will need to have access to Zoom on a laptop or Computer as the sessions will not be suitable for viewing and interacting on mobile phones. Some badges may also benefit from some parent/guardian support over the course of the weekend.
Applications will be open until Tuesday 22nd September after which we will be allocating places on badges and communicating this via email.

Rather than charging for these events we are instead asking our members to donate to local charity LoveBrum. This can be a personal donation, or maybe your section/group can work together to raise some funds to donate. Either way, it would be amazing if as a County we can help some excellent local causes at this tough time.
