I am saddened to let you know that Olwen has decided to step down from her role as LTM during the course of this year. Olwen has been part of the training team – if Compass is correct – since 1988 and in that 30 years has made an excellent contribution to County-wide training and supporting many, many leaders during this time. She is a valued member of our training team and also is very much respected by the County for the work she does and I know that she will be very much missed from the world of training.

I am sure you will join me in thanking Olwen for all she has done and for her fabulous contributions to supporting leaders and training.

To that end, I am seeking to appoint a leader to join our team and take over the Local Training Manager responsibilities that Olwen currently has in the South Training Zone (supporting Cole Valley South and Rea Valley Districts).
